Provide leadership, organizational development, remote teamwork, human centered design, and innovation expertise to clients and project teams. Lead, facilitate, and contribute developing strategies and new models, frameworks, and approaches. Design and facilitate workshops that advance work, support decision-making, deepen team connections, and improve performance and wellbeing, with a focus on sprints, retreats, and peer learning. Develop guidance, support emerging professionals, and mentor team leads.
